Return Policy

If you are unsure of the purpose or usage of an item, please use the contact form to request assistance.

•Due of the spiritual nature and personalization that goes into what you see here, all sales (whether readings, services or physical items) are final.

•Should you change your mind regarding an order on a product and wish to cancel, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.

•In the event that you are unable to attend a scheduled psychic consultation, you have 24 hours prior to your reading to contact via email and inform me that we need to reschedule. If no contact is facilitated within that time frame, your spot will be forfeited and your money will not be refunded.

Exchange Policy

I will honor exchanges on products that arrive broken or damaged, provided you contact me regarding the issue in a timely fashion (24 hours from the time of package arrival) and with proper photographic evidence. I take great care to make sure every item is packed well, but I understand that sometimes things happen. If this occurs, send a brief description of what happened along with 3-5 photos of the shipping box (label side up) as well as the broken item(s) to me. I'll work diligently to have the matter resolved as efficiently as possible.
